flowerovlove continues to dazzle with her irresistible string of pop anthems, and her latest single, “erase u,” is no exception. This candy-coated track dives headfirst into the chaos of irrational infatuation, inviting listeners to clap, snap, and swoon along. With a backdrop of warm bass, dreamy guitar, and bouncy drums, flowerovlove delivers a relatable confession: “You know I’m trying my best to get you out of my head / But I, I, I can’t erase you.”

Co-written with Skyler Stonestreet (who’s worked with Justin Bieber, Dua Lipa, and Sabrina Carpenter) and produced by Russell Chell (Tate McRae, Kid Cudi, Juice WRLD), "erase u" is a catchy preview of her upcoming EP ache in my tooth, set to drop on October 11. Alongside the track, flowerovlove has released a visually striking and symbolic visualizer that she directed herself. It features a playful tug-of-war between her and a love interest, with a group of young women stepping in to save her from falling too far.

According to flowerovlove, '"erase u" is a hyperbolic crush anthem, where the feelings get so intense it’s almost like an obsession. It’s that wild sensation of, ‘I’d do anything just to be near you,’ even if you just met.”

That heady mix of lovesick emotion and sunny, genre-blending pop is a formula that’s working wonders for the 19-year-old London artist.

She’s been on a roll, recently dropping the shimmering, euphoric track “breaking news” and the infectious “BOYS,” which even caught the attention of SZA, who called it “fire as hell.” Publications like Wonderland and FLOOD Magazine have taken note, the latter praising it as a “feel-good banger.”

Beyond music, flowerovlove has also made a name for herself in the fashion world. She’s walked at Paris Fashion Week and fronted campaigns for brands like Gucci and Maison Kitsuné. Her independent debut EP A Mosh Pit in the Clouds (2022) turned heads in the press, with i-D, Nylon, and BBC Radio 1 all singing her praises. BBC even named her Future Artist of the Month. And with nearly 20 million streams across her first three Capitol singles (“Coffee Shop,” “Next Best Exit,” and “a girl like me”), she’s proven herself as a force to be reckoned with.

Her live shows are equally buzzworthy. Following her successful run of UK festivals, flowerovlove is ready to take the US by storm. She’s headlining shows at Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn on November 12 and The Moroccan Lounge in LA on November 14.
