And that voice has such beautiful and forceful tonality with just the right amount of grit to keep things interesting. Before you know it, you're totally wrapped up in her world, hanging on every syllable. It's the kind of voice that could make reading a phonebook sound like the sexiest thing you've ever heard.
We were also really impressed with the actual lyrics because they had a deep message with her saying,
“I see myself on the TV screen…Can’t see my scars under everything …I got some secrets that’ll just die with me… tryna blackout the lights before they bury me”.
Damn! That’s definitely some emotion that runs deeper than your average dance-pop tune, and we loved it.
The track is a disco-infused track with terrific production, well-mixed and mastered, and super clean—big props to the engineers who worked on this project.
